These General Terms of Use regulate the access and use of various content and services included in or accessible through noivasdeportugal.com (hereinafter website) developed by Porto de Ideias – Comunicação e Imagem, Lda., SL (hereinafter Porto de Ideias – Comunicação e Imagem, Lda.), domiciled at Rua João de Deus, No. 6 Sala 307, 4100-456 – Porto, VAT and NCRC: 503453552 – CRC Porto, tel: 226053562 (call cost to national landline network), email: geral@portodeideias.pt.

The mere use of the website acquires the condition of user. Use of the website and any of its services signifies your acceptance, as user, without reservations of any kind, of each one of these General Conditions of Use as well as the Particular Conditions that, in your case, govern the use of the website or of the services linked to it.

Porto de Ideias – Comunicação e Imagem, Lda. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as the corresponding services and the conditions required for its use, without this resulting in any right to compensation for the user.

USERS

Access and/or use of this WMI portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from the first access and/or use, the general conditions of use presented herein. These general conditions are independent from the general conditions of contract which are of compulsory compliance.

USE OF THE PORTAL

weddingmediainternational.com grants access to multiple information, services, programs, or data (further under “contents”) on the internet belonging to WMI or its licensors to the users having access. The user is responsible for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content.

In this registration the user will be responsible for providing true and legal information. This registration provides the user with a password, for which the user will be responsible, promising to make diligent and confidential use of the same. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that the company’s website offers through the portal and with an enunciative character, but not limited to, not using them to

• engage in illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocate terrorism or attack human rights
• cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the company that created the site, suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage mentioned above
• attempt to gain access to and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

To the name of the company creating the site reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attack youth or childhood, order, or public safety or that, in its opinion, is not suitable for publication. In any case, WMI will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other tools of participation.

DATA PROTECTION

WMI complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which always approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data.

To do this, along with each form of collection of personal data, in the services that the user may request to hola@weddingmediainternational.com, will inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person responsible, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of processing and communications of data to third parties, where appropriate. Likewise, WMI informs you that it complies with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and will request your consent to the processing of your e-mail for commercial purposes at any time.

WMI is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for the operation, access and use, etc.), owned by WMI or its licensors.

All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the articles is expressly prohibited. The content of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, is prohibited without the authorization of WMI. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by WMI. It is allowed to visualize the elements of the portal and even print them, copy them, and store them on the hard disk of your computer or any other physical medium if it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, avoiding, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed in the WMI pages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

WMI is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, for example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.

CHANGES

WMI reserves the right to execute without prior notice the modifications it considers appropriate to the portal, being able to change, exclude or add both the contents and services provided by it and the way in which they are presented or located on the portal.

In case of links from the weddingmediainternational.com website or hyperlinks to other websites, WMI shall not exercise any control over these or their contents. Likewise, the inclusion of such external links shall not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.

WMI reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, by itself or by a third party, to users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between WMI and the USER shall be governed by current Portuguese regulations and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts.
