On the final day of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2025, By Loleiro, the brand by designer Marisa Velázquez, redefined what it means to accessorize with soul.
In a showcase where detail took center stage, the creator from Santa Cruz de Tenerife presented a collection that fused the sophistication of artisanal millinery with the richness of bridal-inspired jewellery, all woven together by a French romantic sensibility.
With an almost ethereal delicacy, the accessories floated down the runway as if they were extensions of the body, poetic elements emerging from the hair, framing the face, or merging seamlessly with the dress to create truly unique silhouettes.
Individually sculpted feathers, natural feather flowers, embroidered tulles, and delicately crafted French lace gave life to veils and tiaras that reimagined the romantic bride’s dreamscape.
Each piece reflected the care and heritage passed down through the women of the designer’s family, as she has nurtured a handcrafted atelier practice since 2014, one that celebrates identity and intentional beauty.
Wide-brimmed hats, canotiers, hairpieces, and jewel-belts appeared in a harmonious dialogue between silent luxury and measured exuberance.
The brand skillfully explored the duality between light and shadow, between day and night, using a colour palette that ranged from luminous pastels, pink, aqua green, nude, off-white, to deeper tones like garnet, bordeaux, and rich brown.
Bridesmaids and wedding guests also found their place in this aesthetic narrative, with accessories that did more than complete a look, they defined it. As is already the house signature, the accessory is never an add-on: it is the starting point.
At the close of the presentation, one thing became clear: By Loleiro doesn’t just create accessories — it creates pieces that tell stories, eternalise moments, and transform whoever wears them into a one-of-a-kind character.
Because in Marisa Velázquez’s world, there is no such thing as a small detail — only emotion, distilled into delicate form.
