Yolancris’ “Paradoxe” brought boho-style gowns to the BBFW runway and blended tradition with avant-garde in a way only the brand knows how to.
Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week set the perfect stage for Yolancris’ new bridal collection, “Paradoxe”, which stepped into boho style with a modern take. The bridal line was a conversation between two apparent paradoxes, tradition and innovation. The exception is that, on this runway show, the contrast wasn’t a conflict, it was perfect harmony.
At the heart of the collection was a philosophical statement: there can be no present without the past. In Yolancris’ vision, haute couture and modernity are rooted in the same artisanal heritage, one that deserves to be celebrated.
The gowns echoed this belief and blended artisanal techniques with contemporary fashion choices. Down the runway, strutted hand-painted tulles, structured silk mikados, Calais lace and flowers preserved with silks alongside cotton lace, crochet and pleats. “Paradoxe”’s true visual feast left the audience engaged in the collection’s boho-chic, romantic allure.
Yolancrís’ 2026 collection served its promise to be an ode to perfect imperfection. Hancrafted designs took center stage to prove that timeless isn’t outdated and artisanal techniques can bring romanticism to design creations.
