Barcelona is set to reaffirm its status as the bridal fashion capital with the return of BBFW 2025 bridal fashion.

The event will showcase over 44 brands from around the globe, featuring both celebrated designers and promising newcomers.

Attendees can expect a dazzling display of collections for the 2026 season, where creativity, innovation, and the essence of Mediterranean artistry will shine brightly. This edition promises to define the latest trends in bridal and eveningwear fashion.

Albasarí Caro, director of the event, emphasizes the significance of this edition: “This year, the runway will shine brighter than ever, with new creations from established brands and other up-and-coming names who will surprise with innovative and original proposals, setting the creative course for next season’s fashion.” She adds: “Brands choose the BBFW runway to showcase their artistry to the world, and the world looks to Barcelona to glimpse the future and take part in a true celebration of global fashion”.

The BBFW 2025 runway will highlight top Spanish designers like Yolancris, known for its handcrafted, bohemian styles; Marco & María, celebrated for their detailed craftsmanship; and Sophie et Voilà from the Basque region. Isabel Sanchis from Valencia, with her timeless eveningwear, will also be featured.

Catalan brands such as Marta Martí, Mariano Moreno, Andrea Lalanza, Immaclé, and Lorena Panea will shine in ‘The Edit Barcelona’. Designers from the Canary Islands, including Ogadenia Couture, Pedro Palmas, Oswaldo Machín, By Loleiro, and Amarca, will showcase their creativity. Lastly, ‘The Edit’ group, featuring Raquel López, Claudio Di Mari, Helena, and Serravalle, will emphasize the event’s diversity.

One of the highlights of BBFW 2025 will be the debut of Vivienne Westwood’s bridal collection at the Bridal Night gala at Universitat de Barcelona, marking the brand’s first exclusive bridal show.

Canadian designer Ines Di Santo will make her Montjuïc runway debut, known for her luxurious and sophisticated designs. Cymbeline (France) will also return, focusing on sustainability and innovation.

Other international brands on the runway include The Atelier by Prof. Jimmy Choo (Malaysia), Joli Poli (Vietnam), Agnieszka Swiatly (Poland), Serina (Japan), Marylise, Rembo Styling & Carta Branca (Belgium), Katy Corso (Ukraine), Woná Concept & Eva Lendel (Ukraine), Sima Couture (USA), Demetrios (Italy), Morilee New York (USA), Allure (USA), Julia Kontogruni (Bulgaria), and the “Global Bridal House” with Modeca, GBS Herve Paris, Libelle Bridal, and Randy Fenoli Bridal.

Debuting designers include Veni Infantino of the Morilee Group (UK), Yuliia Lobachóva Couture with Ricca Sposa (Ukraine), and Wang Feng (China), known for his eclectic and elegant designs.

New runway and Fashion Village

BBFW 2025 will introduce a new runway in Hall 8 of the Montjuïc exhibition center, featuring a design inspired by the Mediterranean sky and sea. This space will also include the backstage area, a village, and a lounge for designers and guests. The trade exhibition will be held in Halls 1, 2, and Plaça de l’Univers.

The event will bring together the entire bridal fashion industry, showcasing collections from bridal, eveningwear, and accessories brands. Runway shows will take place from April 23 to 26, and the trade show from April 25 to 27, featuring over 450 brands from 32 countries, with 82% being international. BBFW will be a key networking and business hub for professionals in the global bridal sector.
