Five months after a secret first marriage, actress Millie Bobby Brown walked down the aisle with model and son of singer Jon Bon Jovi, Jake Bongiovi, at Villa Cetinale in Italy. The union was celebrated by the actor Matthew Modine, who played Millie’s father in the series “Stranger Things”.
Unlike the first ceremony, this wedding stood out for its refinement and exuberance, which was evident in every aspect, particularly in the bride’s choice of look, who opted to wear four dresses.
The look chosen by the bride to walk down the aisle was a custom-made dress by Belarusian luxury designer Galia Lahav, combined with a transparent veil by Monvieve. The piece was a lace proposal with floral straps and a bodice with a Basque waist.
The groom tied the knot in an outfit consisting of a white tuxedo jacket, black pants by Tom Fox and a classic black bow tie.
For the celebration the night before, Millie Bobby Brown wore a Valentino dress from 1997, adding a vintage touch to the look, which combined a high lace neckline, a satin bodice with a bow and a voluminous, layered skirt. Jake Bongiovi chose a black Banana Republic suit for the festivities.
During the party, Millie exchanged the dress she wore up the aisle for a shorter satin one, with a bodice and a shoulder-to-shoulder neckline, by renowned designer Vivienne Westwood. For the wedding dinner reception and cake cutting, the dress model was “The Ivory Floral” by Oscar de La Renta, a long, fully lace design with a halter neckline.
