Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2025 takes place from 23 to 27 April, highlighting fashion, art and creativity.
Inspired by the work of artists such as Joan Miró and Salvador Dalí, who symbolise the “innovative and vibrant spirit”, Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week returns for another edition scheduled for 23 to 27 April 2025. “Go” is the motto for the world’s leading event in the bridal sector, which centres on the creation of new experiences related to fashion, Mediterranean art and creativity.
Organised by Fira de Barcelona with the support of the Departament d’Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya, this event promises to be the key to a business opportunity in the bridal fashion industry, showcasing the latest collections and trends presented by haute couture professionals as well as some up-and-coming talents.
Between the 23rd and 26th of April, BBFW will feature fashion shows by 30 designers and, between the 25th and 27th of the same month, the event will host a trade show where around 360 brands will be gathered, most of them international companies. This programme offers participants a networking environment made up of the various constituents of the bridal sector, from buyers to entrepreneurs.
Albasarí Caro, director of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, admits: ‘Go!’ summarises our attitude to business and bridal fashion: think, act and plan for the future. Once again this year, we are inviting all those involved in the sector to come together at a unique event to experience fashion through new experiences and to join us in our energy to go even further together.
During the event, a series of initiatives and content will be launched progressively on the event’s digital channels, highlighting the technique and creative process behind each garment, allowing brides from all over the world to feel inspired by BBFW.
Although the event’s programme has not yet been finalised, Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week will host Barcelona Bridal Night, which consists of a fashion show by a haute couture designer, and will also be responsible for the third edition of the Barcelona Bridal & Fashion Awards, where the best creations from the 2024-2025 collection will be honoured, with innovation and sustainability as the selection criteria.
Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2025 invites all professionals in the bridal sector, both national and international, to take part in this event in order to chart a ‘path where art and imagination intertwine with industry and business’.
