Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (BBFW), renowned as the premier event in the wedding industry, is gearing up to welcome over 30,000 attendees to its upcoming edition. Scheduled to commence on April 17 with a series of captivating fashion shows, the event will unfold into three days of exhibition from April 19 to April 21 at the esteemed Fira de Barcelona – Montjuïc Venue – Plaza España.

This year, the event will feature bridal and ceremonial wear from well-known labels and up-and-coming designers from more than 20 countries, offering a platform for global buyers and retailers.

Among the global participants, Romania has consistently made its mark at this prestigious fair for over a decade. With each passing year, the Romanian presence at BBFW grows stronger, highlighting the country’s rich talent pool in the wedding fashion industry.

This year, seven of Romania’s finest wedding dress designers will present their works at BBFW, with the support of the Romanian Agency of Investment and Foreign Trade and in partnership with the Bucharest Fashion District association.

Among them, four brands – Divine Atelier, Otilia Brailoiu, Erasa Atelier, and Nava Bride – have been participants since the fair’s inception, earning global buyer acclaim and serving as inspiration for other Romanian firms aspiring to international market entry.

Spanning an impressive 362 square meters, the stands of Romanian designers are strategically located across both exhibition halls, ensuring maximum visibility and accessibility for visitors.
