On the third day of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, Poesie Sposa, Camilla Elena, Andrea Lalanza, More, Ramon Sanjurjo, Julia Kontogruni presented their new collections.
Poesie Sposa
Poesie sposa payed homage to Marjane Satrapi and her autobiographical comic Persepolis, about the saga of an Iranian family in Tehran between the 1960s and 1990s. Classic fabrics such as duchesse, brocade and lace are used for a collection rich in floral elements in a quest for simplicity, frankness, self-affirmation and the longed-for freedom of expression and thought.
Camilla Elena
Helena, the Italian bridal brand founded by Camilla Elena Signore, brought a new vision to the bridal world with creations that intercept trends and respond to the needs of new generations. Far from being just a collection, Helena is a concept, a dynamic path in a new vision of the bridal world.
Andrea Lalanza
The Andrea Lalanza atelier relies on the hands of the most expert craftswomen to make unique and exclusive wedding dresses made to measure with the best noble fabrics, meticulously taking care of every detail. The new collection, “Alice” is inspired by “Alice in Wonderland” in a tribute to the music and inner creativity of a dreamlike and fantastical world.
More
More rediscovers the origins of elegance, its rules and forms in its new “Heritage” collection. This collection uses simple macramé and fine chantilly lace to embellish elegant silhouettes with large volumes.
Ramon Sanjurjo
Ramon Sanjurjo presented the new collection” Bohemian”, that defines the man with a broad sensibility: artist, free, unconventional, personal, just like the designs presented, full of freshness and life. The colours used , pastel, light blue, beige, strawberry red, apple green, are reflections of a colourful palette from the French Riviera or a Monet painting.
Julia Kontogruni
Julia Kontogruni’s creations have become emblematic of haute couture in the European standard of quality and craftsmanship. The boned bodice, the highly detailed and developed construction or the hand-stitched lace appliqués combined with sophisticated beading details, give her pieces an elegant and unique sparkle.
Naples, a city where the scents of an ancient kingdom still embrace the walls of the old churches, along the narrow streets of the historic quarters, on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is in this land of fire that Julia Kontogruni is inspired, overwhelmed by the Mediterranean scents and flavours,
