Yesterday, the guests of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week had the pleasure to see the new collections of Isabel Sanchis, Yolancris and The Atelier.

Isabel Sanchis

Isabel Sanchis presented her 2024 collection at the first day of Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week. The brand has remained faithful to its believes: pieces made for  haute couture and not ready-to-wear.

Among the designs presented, this collection emphasises the combination between the traditional craftsmanship and the most avant-garde techniques, originating strong pieces and spectacular, fluid and sexy flowing drapes. This sculptural pieces show details suspended in the air. Everything underneath a predominant, and always elegant and seductive black colour, softened with a touch of green, orange and brown.

The motto to this collection was the connection with the modern day women and the desire to encourage a creative dialogue between the garment and the viewer.

Isabel Sanchis has proven that she keeps her line of creating feminine, modern, elegant and timeless pieces. Designs made for contemporary women who appreciate quality and haute couture pieces.

Yolancris

Yolanda Péres, presented a daring bride, true to herself and her values. Her new collection, “Actitud”, was born from these ideas. “Actitud” was inspired by the disruptive and elegant 50’s of Jacques Fath and is an ode to freedom, a tribute to the confident and empowered women that want to enhance their sexy and glamorous feminine silhouette.

Tradition and savoir-faire are the design nexus of the atelier, where the brand seeks to fuse romantic and bohemian styles aimed at authentic, diverse and free-spirited women. Overall, it’s a bet on the anti-bride for a new generation of modern and minimalist brides.

Youth and longevity, symbols of the Japanese chrysanthemum, inspire the essence of a prolific creation of spectacular designs orchestrated with high quality noble fabrics such as satin, mikado and patchwords.

The Atelier

The natural and romantic atmosphere that flows from Rabindranath Tagore’s “Stray Birds” is what The Atelier recreates in its “Thy love” bridal collection forthis autumn winter.

The spirituality of nature, where love is the omnipresent protagonist, the sky courts the sea and the birds lull the clouds, becomes the inspiration forthis extravagant and magnificent collection.

Luxurious styling and delicate embroidered stitching technology integrated into a structural aesthetic, create a unique design with inspiration from different artistic figures such as literature or romanticism.
