The Hotel Arts in Barcelona is an emblematic building that was built between 1991 and 1992 at the entrance of the Olympic port that was built in Barcelona for the 1992 Olympic Games. Consisting of 44 floors and 154 meters high, it is a glass tower of green and gray colors, surrounded by a white iron structure, which was designed by Colombian architect Bruce Graham. It also integrates 30 luxury apartments, all duplex, one, two or three bedrooms, with kitchen, dining room, occupying the top nine floors. Some of the apartments even have terraces.
