April 20th ended with a very special fashion show at Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, considered the surprise of the year: Viktor&Rolf.

These artists presented the first worldwide fashion show of their bridal line, Viktor&Rolf Mariage, where they delighted us with their bridal pieces and a selection of haute couture creations. The catwalk experience was inspired by the influences of Haute Couture with a surrealist touch, a fact that resulted in bold creations of sculptural and romantic designs. All these creations were a reflection of the perspective of artists who strive for the constant search for the limits of transformation. This show was further enriched by the debut creations of the Viktor&Rolf Mariage Spring/Summer 2023 collection, which uses handcrafted details in silk organza, which revolve around tightly woven seams in airy movements.

Innovation continued to be highlighted as the show was reinforced with the collaboration of the eco-innovator Lenzing. At this point of the parade were presented luxurious bridal gowns “with surrealist spatulas”. A particularity of this show is that the pure white color is achieved to safeguard the environment and the lleugeresa.
