Valmont Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week is the date you can’t miss on your calendar and it’s starting today more interactive than ever to present the wedding designs of this spring 2021 by the hand of more than twenty brands from around the world.
The first brand to walk down the catwalk is Jesus Peiro founded by Jesús Diez. This brand has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and it can be found in more than 20 countries. Today they presented the line AMALIA which was designed by Merche Sagarra. This collection is made with an ethereal and feminine silhouette and with soft but constructed movements in a bright white color. The designs were made completely in Spain following the traditional handmade procedures such as hand finishing and custom manufacturing.
Followed by the brand Sophie Et Voilà, a Spanish brand run by Sofia Arribas and Saioa Goitia. This brand has been inspired by every kind of woman that they have been in contact with during the years. The hashtag of the collection is #SeeVeryWoman and it’s made with a versatile style and handmade dresses to fit every woman. The idea of the brand is to personalize each dress so every bride walks down the isle with a white dress without loosing their personal essence. However, each of the designs is accompanied by a black detail, which has become part of the identity of Sophie Et Voilà.
From Israel, the Flora brand, founded and designed mainly by Rinat, presents the Enchanting collection based on a modern romance where every little detail is part of the love story. The designs are of soft lace with vintage inspiration and silk satin fabrics.
The last brand to walk the catwalk is The Atelier, founded in Kuala Lumpur, which includes in the creative team the designer Jimmy Choo. This brand presents the collection Mysterious, where the designs seek for innovation and highlight the idea of being unique, but following a perfectionist artisanal process of creation.
